Student Services: Career Placement

Illinois School of Health Careers assists graduating students with job preparation and employment search activities. ISHC will provide the student with assistance in resume preparation, job interview techniques, and job search strategies to prepare the student to secure entry-level employment.

Medical Assistant and Dental Assistant students will take employment preparation courses. In this course, the student will study job-interviewing procedures including resume writing, interviewing techniques and the appropriate attire. Students will have computer practice to develop resumes.
