Illinois School of Health Careers relaunches ishc.edu, providing a huge list of improvements. This is a completely new site, not simply a new look on the existing framework. Hitting the high points, this new site:
- is faster
- is easier to use
- uses modern web technologies
- provides multiple ways to get questions answered
- supports all modern browsers (standards-sensitive browsers like Firefox or Safari provide the best experience)
Chicago Loop Campus, August 29th, 2007
Illinois School of Health Careers in the Loop has moved into its new location at 11 E. Adams Street, in Suite 200, at the corners of State and Adams.
The new facility has classrooms, laboratories, a massage therapy clinic, X-ray rooms, dental labs, a library, computer rooms and a student lounge. It is conveniently accessible by public transportation, near famous State Street in downtown Chicago, close to the Harold Washington Library, Michigan Avenue and Grant Park.

Illinois School of Health Careers Loop Location
On Friday, April 13, 2007, Illinois School of Health Careers celebrated the opening of its new Loop location at 11 E. Adams Street in Chicago.
The school opened its doors to the public to visit the new facility, with classrooms and labs for Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting and Massage Therapy training programs. Local dignitaries, students, graduates and friends of the school were on hand, and Congressman Danny Davis, 4th District of Illinois, marked the occasion with a dedication speech.
